Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you use the Services to create an account and/or submit travel requests for future airline travel (each, a "Fare Request") or hotel accommodation (each, a "Hotel Request"), fill out any other form or survey, register to receive updates from us, subscribe to a newsletter or email list, participate in any interactive features of the Services, communicate with us via third-party social media sites, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us.

The types of information we may collect from you include:

• Account Information, such as your name, email address, password, phone number and any other information you choose to provide.

• Travel Information, such as information about the airline fares/tickets or hotel reservations you would like to purchase through the Services, including your departure and arrival cities, your dates of travel, your preferred travel times, your air carrier preferences, the type and number of fares you would like to purchase and the total amount you would like to pay per fare; and information about the passengers who will use such airline fares, including the legal name (as it appears on the passenger's government-issued photo ID), gender and date of birth of each passenger.

• Transaction Information, such as information regarding the Fare Requests you submit or fulfill through the Services. For Purchasers, this information may include, but is not limited to, your air carrier preferences, your payment information (such as credit card number, expiration date and security code), and the airline fares you purchase through the services.

 

Please note that we do not ourselves collect or store any payment information you submit through the Services (such as information about your credit card, debit card or other payment method); rather, we work with various third party vendors, including a third-party payment processor, who receive the payment information you submit through the Services automatically and then store and use that payment information to process payments for purchases you make through the Services.
